How long will it take to receive my item(s)?
On average, items that are in stock (original art, stickers) will take 1-3 business days to ship.
Items that are made-to-order (prints, apparel, phone cases, etc) can take up to 2-3 weeks to be shipped.
Due to COVID-19 closures items that are made-to-order are taking longer to ship. See the estimated processing times below:
Stickers, Original Art = 2-5 business days
Prints, T-shirts, Phone Cases, Canvas Prints, Tapestries, Tote Bags, etc = 2-3 weeks
Pre-orders = 3-4 weeks
Items that are made-to-order are fulfilled via a third party service. Once the shipping label has been created, the tracking information will be sent via email. If you do not receive a tracking number within the alotted time, please check your spam/junk folders.
What is the refund policy?
All Sales Are Final.
How can I fix a mistake on an order already placed?
Please contact me within 24 hours of placing an order that needs to be altered.
If you notice a mistake with an item you've received, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery to resolve the issue.
How much are custom pieces?
Typically, customs pieces start at $100 + shipping. Please check the Custom Art Inquiry page for more information.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Please email me directly to have an item shipped outside of the US.
* I am not resonsible for any fees incurred for international shipments held at customs (customs/duties fees) or for packages lost in the mail.
What is the shipping policy?
Please make sure your address is correct (including apartment number). I am not responsible for orders that are returned/ lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
If you received your tracking information but your package has gone missing or hasn't been delivered, please check with your local post office or mail carrier. I am not responsible for items lost once shipped.
What is the difference between a print and a canvas print?
A regular print is printed on thick matte paper while a canvas print is printed on a stretched canvas to mimick original painting. All canvas prints are Limited Edition items that come hand-signed to assure they each have their own unique signature.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Currently payment plans are offered for original art and custom art only. Please contact me directly for more information about payment plans.
My order was returned, how can I go about re-shipping?
If an item is returned to me (or one of my manufacturers), please notify me for an invoice to re-ship.
