  • How long will it take to receive my item(s)?
    See estimated PROCESSING times below: Original Art = 2-5 business days Prints, Apparel, Tote Bags, Phone Cases, etc = up to 2-3 weeks Canvas Prints = 2-4 weeks Pre-orders = 3-6 weeks Made-to-order items are fulfilled via third party manufacturers. Once the shipping label has been created, the tracking information will be sent via email. On average, domestic shipping takes 2-5 business days & international shipping takes 5-15 business days. Tracking numbers may take up to 72 hours to update. If you do not receive a tracking number within the alotted time frame, please check your spam/junk folders. *Made-to-order items include: most apparel, tote bags, prints, canvas prints, phone cases, etc
  • What is the refund policy?
    All sales are final.
  • What is the shipping policy?
    Please make sure your address is correct (including apartment number). I am not responsible for orders that are returned/ lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details. If you received your tracking information but your package has gone missing or hasn't been delivered, please check with your local post office or mail carrier. I am not responsible for items lost once shipped.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes. Please email me directly to have an item shipped outside of the US. info@purdieart.com * I am not responsible for any fees incurred for international shipments held at customs (customs/duties fees) or for packages lost in the mail.
  • How can I fix a mistake on an order already placed?
    Please contact me within 24 hours of placing an order that needs to be altered. If you notice a mistake with an item you've received, please contact me within 72 hours of delivery to resolve the issue. info@purdieart.com
  • My order was returned, how can I go about re-shipping?
    If an item is returned to me (or one of my manufacturers), please notify me via email for an invoice to re-ship. Email: info@purdieart.com

  • What is the difference between a print and a canvas print?
    A regular print is printed on thick matte paper while a canvas print is printed on a stretched canvas to mimick original painting. All canvas prints are Limited Edition items that come hand-signed to assure they each have their own unique signature.
  • Do you offer payment plans?
    Yes, currently payment plans are offered for original art. How they work: 1. Email me with the painting title you would like to finance. The first installment will be sent to you as an invoice. 2. Pay monthly installments for the next 3 months via invoice. 3. Once you have paid the final installment, the painting(s) will be shipped to you (for free). Payment plans are similar to layway. The first installment is 25% of the total price and must be paid up front. Doing this will reserve the artwork just for you! The following three installments are also 25% of the total price. The painting will NOT be shipped until the balance is paid in full. You will have 3 months to complete the payment, although you can pay it off sooner. As a courtesy to my valued customers, you will not be paying any interest when you purchase art through the agreed payment plan. Payments are made via my website. You will receive an invoice monthly and be expected to pay by the agreed upon date. Cancellation Policy: If for some reason you would like to cancel your payment plan and receive a refund (after paying one or more installments) you may do so, under the following conditions: - You notify me immediately by email so that the artwork can be put back on the market - You will be charged a 25% fee (the first installment) to accomodate the time that the artwork was off of the market. Non-Payment/Failure to Communicate: If for any reason you cannot make the monthly payment, please email me right away. If there is no communication for 60 consecutive days, you will be in default & the payment plan will be terminated. This means that the reserved artwork will go back on the market & you forfeit any payments you have already made. Again, this means you will not receieve the artwork nor any refund if there is no communication from you, the customer, for 60 consecutive days. Please make sure you read this information thoroughly before making the first installment. Once the first payment is made, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined above.   • How much are custom pieces?
    Typically, customs pieces start at $250 + shipping. Please check the Custom Art Inquiry page for more information.
